In the last wave of the New Mind we are working with our fears of being separate, of not being one with ourselves and thus not being able to relate and connect with others easily.
The roots of these fears are in our negative experience from the past which is held in the legs and the compensating imbalance in the arms, which creates our fear of the future. In the cerebellum we keep the charges about our experience. We forget that it is our EX-perience. We are kept in darkness by our personal history, not allowing our wisdom to flourish. The source of fear itself is the suburb of the brain which we call ego. It is a defense mechanism that surrounds us and prevents us from being present, that worries continuously about the future from the inside.
